My practice is a general practice with particular attention to the areas of Probate, Probate Litigation, Wills, Trusts, Estates, Trade Secret Litigation, Noncompetition Litigation, Real Property Litigation and Transactions, and Construction Litigation.

Qualified as Expert Witness on Homestead Law and Real Estate Closing Procedures, Cuny v. Regions, Case No. 2008-CA 2754, 1st Judicial Circuit, Escambia County, Florida (jury trial).

Education:

Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, Troy State University, Troy, Alabama, 1991. I earned a liberal arts degree with a major in English and minors in History and Physics. While in college, I received several academic awards, attended the English Speaking Union Annual Conference at Oriel College, Oxford on behalf of my university and was a finalist for the Alabama nomination for the Rhodes Scholarship in 1991.

Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama, 1994. I was a member of Law Review, served as a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow, and was inducted into the membership of Curia Honoris upon graduation.
