Florida Supreme Court Opinion: Undocmented immigrants ineligible for membership in the the Florida Bar
The Florida Supreme Court issued a ruling today in Opinion No. SC11-2568 on the question of whether an otherwise qualified individual who is not a citizen and is not legally residing in the U.S. is eligible for membership in the Florida Bar.
